Getting Support
If something isn’t working, the quickest way to get help is straight from the app. Everything below lives in Settings → Support Center.
Reporting a bug
Section titled “Reporting a bug”Open Settings → Support Center and use Contact Support:
- Pick a category that best matches your issue.
- Describe what happened. On iPhone and iPad you can attach a screenshot.
- Send it. Your message goes to the team along with your session logs, and you get a reference code to quote if you follow up.
What to include
Section titled “What to include”The more detail, the faster an issue gets solved. A good report mentions:
- What you were doing when it happened, and the title you were watching.
- Your server type (Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby) and how you connect (home network or remote).
- Whether it happens every time or just occasionally.
You don’t need to gather your device details by hand: your device model, OS version, app version, and session logs are attached automatically when you contact support. The logs are what let the team pinpoint exactly what went wrong.
