Installing Zuno

Zuno is a free download from the App Store and installs the same way as any other app on your device. This page covers each platform in turn, plus how to join the beta.

If you just want the quickest path, Getting Started walks you through install and setup in one go. For the operating systems and hardware Zuno needs, see Requirements.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open the App Store.
2. Search for Zuno, or follow the direct link to install Zuno.
3. Tap Get, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password.

Once installed, open Zuno and follow the setup to connect your server.

Apple TV

1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV.
2. Search for Zuno using the on-screen keyboard or the Siri Remote.
3. Select Get to install. Zuno appears on your Home Screen.

Already have Zuno on your iPhone?

If Automatic Downloads are turned on for your Apple TV (Settings → Apps → Automatically Install Apps), apps you own can install on your Apple TV without searching. Your Zuno account and most settings sync across devices, so signing in on Apple TV picks up the servers and preferences you set on your phone.

Mac

Zuno on Mac is the native app, not the iPad app running in a window.

1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
2. Search for Zuno.
3. Click Get, then Install.

Zuno requires a Mac running macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later. See Requirements for the full list.

Joining the beta

Zuno Pro subscribers can join the TestFlight beta to try new features before they are released.

1. In Zuno, open Settings → Subscription.
2. Follow the on-screen TestFlight steps.

The beta requires an active Zuno Pro subscription and Sign in with Apple. Beta builds are pre-release software, so expect the occasional rough edge; if you hit one, see Getting Support.
