Zuno Connect

Zuno Connect is where Zuno links up with everything around your library. Open Settings → Zuno Connect and you’ll find it grouped by what you want to do, with each service’s setup and its alerts on the same page.

What’s inside

Follows & Upcoming: follow shows, movies and people from their pages, see what’s airing soon, and get told when a new episode airs, a film on your watchlist is released, or someone you follow has something new.
Requests: connect Seerr, Jellyseerr or Overseerr to request movies and shows, and get told when a request is approved, declined or ready to watch.
Sonarr & Radarr: get told when a release is grabbed, imported, or fails.
Server Alerts: get told when something new lands on your Plex server, for everything or just your watchlist. Needs Plex Pass and an admin profile, so it only appears when you’re using a Plex profile.
Watch Sync: connect Trakt, Simkl or MDBList if you also use them elsewhere.
Zuno Remote: control your Apple TV from your iPhone or iPad.

Following shows, movies and people

Tap Follow on a show’s or person’s page. Films on your watchlist are followed automatically. Your follows sync to your other devices through iCloud, so something you follow on your Apple TV reaches your iPhone too.

Follow a show or person from its page.
Open Settings → Zuno Connect → Follows & Upcoming on your iPhone or iPad.
Turn on New Episode Alerts, Movie Release Alerts or People You Follow.

You don’t need Trakt or Simkl for any of this. Zuno works out what’s coming up by itself.

Watch Sync is optional

Zuno already keeps your watchlist and upcoming episodes on its own. Connect Trakt, Simkl or MDBList only if you also use them elsewhere. They sync your watchlist, mark what you watch, and MDBList can add its lists to your home screen.

Signing in with Apple

The Account row at the top of Zuno Connect lets you sign in with Apple. It’s optional and free, and everything in Zuno works without it. Signing in:

keeps your Zuno account and subscription with you across reinstalls and devices,
sends Seerr, Sonarr and Radarr alerts to every iPhone and iPad you sign in on,
is needed to join the TestFlight beta.

Sign in with Apple only, with no email or password to create. You can sign out or delete your account from the same page on any device. Signing out doesn’t delete your follows or settings.
