Zuno Pro
Zuno is free to use: connect your server and play your whole library in high quality. Zuno Pro is an optional subscription that adds the power-user features on top.
What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”Zuno Pro unlocks:
- Downloads and offline playback, including Smart Downloads that queue up the next episodes of your shows automatically.
- Search beyond your library to discover titles you don’t own yet, plus on-device Natural Language Search.
- Zuno Connect: follow shows and people with alerts, request media with Seerr, Sonarr and Radarr alerts, and Watch Sync with Trakt, Simkl and MDBList, including requesting with Siri.
- Screenings, for hosting a synced watch party with friends and family.
- Zuno Live, turning your own library into live TV channels with a full programme guide.
- Zuno Remote, controlling what’s playing on your Apple TV from your iPhone or iPad.
- Server Dashboard for server administrators, showing who’s streaming from your server, on iPhone and iPad.
- Custom home screen rows you build yourself and add to your home screen, plus Rotating Rows to give them turns.
- Use across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, with Family Sharing.
Every playback format, including advanced HDR and immersive, object-based audio, plays on the free plan, subject to your hardware. Zuno Pro is about the features above, not the picture and sound formats. See Advanced Formats.
Plans and pricing
Section titled “Plans and pricing”Zuno Pro comes in three plans, so you can pay whichever way suits you:
- Monthly, billed each month.
- Annual, billed once a year and cheaper over the year than paying monthly.
- Lifetime, a single one-off payment with no renewals.
New subscribers can start with a one-week free trial, so you can try everything Pro adds before you pay. The trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first.
Prices vary by country, and Zuno always shows your local price before you confirm. As a guide, in the US the monthly plan is $1.99, the annual plan is $14.99 a year, and Lifetime is a one-off $99.99. Open Settings → Subscription to see the exact plans and prices for your region and to start a subscription or free trial.
Payment is handled by the App Store and billed to your Apple Account, so there’s no separate account to create. Because Zuno Pro supports Family Sharing, one subscription can cover everyone in your Apple Family group.
Restoring purchases
Section titled “Restoring purchases”If you’ve subscribed before, on a new device, or after reinstalling, open Settings → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro access is tied to your Apple Account and comes straight back, at no extra charge.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Zuno Pro is an App Store subscription, so you manage or cancel it through Apple, not inside Zuno:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad (or the App Store on Mac).
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Zuno to change plan or cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
